On Advantage Investment Accounts, if your balance drops below $1,000.00 any time during the statement cycle, there is a $10.00 Minimum Balance Fee. On Platinum Advantage Investment Accounts, if your balance drops below $5,000.00 any time during the statement cycle, there is a $10.00 Minimum Balance Fee.

You may make unlimited transfers from your Investment Account to another of your accounts at the Bank and unlimited withdrawals (payments directly to you) when such transfers or withdrawals are made in person using the designated Inter-Bank Transfer Form or at an ATM. Automatic loan payments made to pay Southside Bank loans are unlimited.

Transfers from this account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, computer transfer (including bill payment), check, draft, point-of-sale (POS), debit card or similar order to third parties are limited to six per statement cycle (of at least four weeks).

An excess debit fee of $10.00 per item will be charged for each limited withdrawal in excess of six per statement cycle.

As directed by Banking Regulations, transfers or withdrawals above the allowed number will also subject the account to being changed to a Classic Checking Account (for Personal Money Market or Savings Accounts) or changed to a Regular Business Account (for Business Money Market or Savings Accounts) status without further notice. We reserve the right to at any time require not less than 7 days notice in writing before each withdrawal from an interest-bearing account other than a time deposit, or from any other savings account as defined by Regulation D.×
