System maintenance is scheduled for the weekend of May 8, 2026. Many customers will not experience any impact. However, some functionality with online banking, debit card transactions, and at Southside locations will be limited. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions below.
Yes. You will be able to use your debit card as normal during system maintenance. However, the balance that is available in your account at the end of the business day on Friday at 6 pm will be the balance used when debit card transactions are processed throughout the maintenance weekend.
Funds transferred through online banking or mobile deposit, deposited at an ATM, or received through Zelle during the maintenance window will not be available until Monday, May 11.
Yes. Team members will be available to assist you with ATM deposits and withdrawals at branches that are normally open on Saturdays. However, they will not be able to make any transactions or open new accounts. Requests that cannot be completed will be logged, and a team member will follow up with you on Monday.
Yes. Cash withdrawals can be made according to our funds availability policy. Check and cash deposits will be accepted at ATMs but will not be available to be viewed in online banking nor available to use with your debit card until Monday, May 11.
Access to funds transferred through online banking or mobile deposit, deposited at an ATM, or received through Zelle during the maintenance window will not be available until Monday, May 11.
Zelle will not be available to initiate payments. Payments made to you by others through Zelle will not be accessible to you until Monday, May 11.
Yes. All transfers and deposits via online banking or at an ATM should be made by Friday, May 8, at 6 pm to be available to use on the weekend. During the weekend, transfers or deposits can be initiated but will not show within your available balance until after maintenance is complete on Monday. (You can view initiated transfers within the Activity Center in online banking)
You may apply for a mortgage here. Applications for new deposit accounts and personal loans will not be available.
