Text Banking allows you to receive balances, limited transaction history information and submit internal funds transfers via text message on your mobile device.
Features (Available text commands)
- BAL or BAL <account nickname> - Request account balance
- HIST <account nickname> - Request account history
- XFER <from account nickname> <to account nickname> <amount> - Transfer funds between accounts
- LIST - Receive a list of keywords
- HELP - Receive a list of contact points for information on text banking (for example, your website or phone number)
- STOP - Stop all text messages to the mobile device (for text banking and SMS alerts/notifications)
Account Holder Requirements
- Enrolled in Online Banking
- Opt-in to Text Banking
- Register a text/SMS enabled phone in Online Banking to use this feature
- Select and nickname their accounts (up to 4 characters each)
How to Get Started
- Login to Online Banking and navigate to the Settings menu subsection Mobile.
- Choose the “Text Banking” tab and follow the enrollment instructions.
