The Southside Turkey Scavenger Hunt Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Southside Bank, 1201 S. Beckham Ave., Tyler, Texas 75701 (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Southside Bank employees and their immediate family and household members are eligible to participate, except for employees who are directly involved in developing, administering or promoting the Sweepstakes; selecting or placing the hidden turkeys; validating entries; or conducting the prize drawings. Immediate family members and household members of those excluded employees are also ineligible.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild, including stepfamily members, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” are individuals who share the same residence, whether related or not.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, November 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for online entries.
During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will hide three turkey graphics on three different pages of the Southside Bank website.
Entrants must locate all three turkeys and identify the three webpages on which they appear. There are two methods of entry:
Online Entry
Visit southside.com/turkey during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form. Entrants must provide all requested contact information and enter the URLs of the three Southside Bank webpages on which the turkeys are located.
The completed online entry form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 26, 2026.
Mail-In Entry
To enter by mail, hand-print the following information on a plain piece of paper or card:
Full name, Complete Texas mailing address, Email address, Telephone number, Confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old, and The URLs of the three Southside Bank webpages on which the turkeys are located
Place the entry in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, November 25, 2026, and received by Sponsor no later than Monday, November 30, 2026.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries received from the same person will be disqualified. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, lost, misdirected or postage-due entries are void.
All three turkey locations must be correctly identified for an entry to be eligible. No purchase or Southside Bank account is required.
Three potential winners will be selected through three random drawings from all eligible entries that correctly identify the locations of all three turkeys.
The drawings will be conducted without replacement, meaning an entrant may win only one prize. The first potential winner selected will receive the Grand Prize. The second and third potential winners selected will each receive a Second Prize.
The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor on or about Tuesday, December 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, the accuracy of submitted turkey locations, winner selection and all other Sweepstakes matters are final and binding.
Three prizes will be awarded:
• One Grand Prize: One $100 gift card
• Two Second Prizes: One $50 gift card for each winner
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $200.
Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions established by the gift-card issuer. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize.
Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided with their entries. Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor within three business days of the first notification attempt and may be required to verify eligibility or complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release or other documentation requested by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Winners will be announced within three business days following Thanksgiving Day, on or before Tuesday, December 1, 2026, subject to confirmation of eligibility. Sponsor may announce each winner’s name and city of residence on Southside Bank’s website, social media accounts or other communication channels.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, voice and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes and otherwise operate the promotion in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to open an account, purchase a product or service, or consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Any opportunity to receive marketing communications should be presented separately and is not required to enter or win.
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, submits false or misleading information, attempts to obtain an unfair advantage, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable entries;
- Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
- Website, network, server, hardware, software, telephone, internet or other technical failures;
- Interrupted or unavailable network, internet or website access;
- Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
- Errors in the administration, processing or judging of entries; or
- Printing, typographical, technical or other errors in Sweepstakes materials.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, natural disaster, public emergency or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may select the winners from among all eligible entries received before the termination.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, service providers, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Smith County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The winners will be announced on Southside Bank's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/southsidebank) after their eligibility has been confirmed.
