Southside Bank Celebrates Completion of New Cleveland Branch, Honoring 100 Years of Local Service

Team members from Southside Bank, local leaders, and community members gathered to celebrate the completion of the Bank’s new, full-service branch in Cleveland, Texas, on April 9, 2026. The newly constructed branch, located at 200 E. Crockett in Cleveland and adjacent to the Bank’s previous location, represents both a continued investment in the community and a milestone marking 100 years of continuous banking service to the Cleveland area.

While the branch is new, the commitment to Cleveland is longstanding. This location has served local families, businesses, and individuals since 1926, carrying forward a century of relationship banking.

“The Cleveland community has a rich history, and it’s been a privilege for this location to serve as a trusted financial partner for 100 years,” said Michele Wyatt, Branch Manager. “This new branch reflects our continued commitment to that legacy - combining modern conveniences with the personal relationships that define who we are. It’s a tradition Southside has upheld since our founding in 1960 and has been proud to continue in Cleveland since acquiring the branch in 2017.”

The new Cleveland branch features a spacious, modern lobby, expanded office space, and enhanced drive-thru capabilities designed to improve convenience and customer experience.

The Bank lobby is open Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The drive-thru is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
