Southside Bank is pleased to have been named as a Texas Banker’s Association (TBA) “Texas Top Customer Service Reputation” award winner in the most recent edition of the TBA Magazine. Twice a year, Rivel Banking Research, in partnership with TBA, conducts objective interviews with consumers across the state of Texas, resulting in over 25,000 interviews annually. During these interviews, Rivel seeks to understand not only the banking needs and preferences of prospective customers, but also their perceptions of the financial institutions within their local communities.
Within that research, Rivel actively tracks the awareness and consideration levels among non-customers as it relates to Texas banks. One of the metrics measured is “Strong Customer Service,” specifically analyzing data between March 2022 through March 2023. Southside Bank was one of ten banks that made the list featured in the TBA Magazine last month.
